These rules and Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Jeta 99 platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Accounts are strictly for personal use — placing bets on behalf of third parties or lending your account to others is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.

Jeta 99 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals or transactions exceeding a specified amount.

Required documents:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Once verified, you will not need to resubmit documents unless your information changes.

All deposits and withdrawals on Jeta 99 must be made in accordance with the following rules. Misuse of the payment system may result in account suspension or termination.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 — applicable across all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 — KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually within 1–24 hours, though verification pending may extend the processing time.
• Only payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) registered in your own name may be used.
• Transactions from third-party accounts or another person's mobile banking are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — this is mandatory for security purposes.

If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, Jeta 99 reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds pending investigation. The appropriate authorities will be notified in such cases.

Please keep the following rules in mind when betting on Jeta 99. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so make sure to double-check all details before placing your bet.

• If a bet is left incomplete due to a software error or network issue, Jeta 99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• The odds at the time a bet is placed will apply — any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect the bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be void and stakes will be refunded.
• Live betting may be subject to delays. It may not always be possible to place bets in sync with the live score.
• Jeta 99 reserves the right to set a maximum bet limit for any individual user.

Regarding match fixing or corruption: If evidence of match fixing or undue influence is found for any event, all bets placed on that event will be declared void. Jeta 99 abides by the decisions of third-party verification bodies in such matters.

Jeta 99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event offers. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the original bonus amount.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once — repeated claims by the same person, household, or device will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the deadline passes.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted to real money by completing the wagering requirements.
• Certain games or markets may be excluded from bonus play — please refer to the specific terms of each individual offer for details.

Jeta 99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If bonus misuse or a breach of terms is established, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeta 99 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using betting bots, automated software, or AI tools.
• Exploiting system errors or odds mistakes ("Arbing" or "Bonus Abuse").
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using Jeta 99's brand, logo, or content without authorization.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.

Jeta 99 takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy Published separately and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal information will be used solely for service delivery, KYC verification, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Your information will never be sold to third parties — however, it may be disclosed to authorities when legally required.
• Use a strong password for your account and never share it with anyone.
• Jeta 99 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or phone — any such request is likely a scam.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own limits on how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Betting limit: You can set a limit on how much you bet within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: You will have the option to take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to deactivate your account for an extended period — from 6 months to permanently.

Jeta 99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Prior notice is generally given before closure, though immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months).
• When Jeta 99 is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.

To close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any valid balance before closure. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will still be processed, but no new bets or deposits will be accepted.

Jeta 99 always strives to deliver the best service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances. The following points are specifically noted:

• Jeta 99 is not responsible for lost bets resulting from internet disconnection, power outages, or device failures.
• Jeta 99 is not directly liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Jeta 99 reserves the right to correct results in the event of an error by a sports data provider.
• In the event of a Force Majeure (natural disaster, war, government directive), Jeta 99 is not liable to provide compensation for any service disruption.

Dispute Resolution: For any complaints or disputes, please contact our support team first at support@jeta99.ws. The support team will respond within 48 hours. If the matter is not resolved through support, it will be settled through independent mediation.

Jeta 99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or SMS.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given ahead of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and any valid balance will be returned to you.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
